Aviation
Tires & Treads was started in 2001 in Cocoa,
Florida. FAA certified to retread & repair the
6.00 x 6.
In 2004 we added our second
size tire to our certification the 7.00 x 6.
In June 2005
our process to retread and repair 2 sizes was
increased to a full range of the most popular General
Aviation sizes after approval from the
FAA.
Midway through
2005 we became one of Specialty Tires Of America distributors. We now
have available all of the tires that are
made by them, including AirTrac, Air Hawk, Super Hawk,
their tail wheel tires, and all of their tubes.
